Full Restaurant Renovation and Addition by Calvata

This restaurant was fully renovated and expanded by Calvata. The project combined a new building addition with a complete update of the existing space, including the kitchen, restrooms, dining area, and exterior. For the addition, our team poured the new concrete and foundation, built the structure, and installed TPO roofing with patching where the new roof ties into the existing one. A new RTU unit was installed to heat and cool the added space, and the floors and walls were finished with new tile and FRP panels. Inside the existing restaurant, we installed new kitchen hoods with a new fire suppression system, along with new gas lines, plumbing, drains, and electrical. We built new restrooms, finished new walls with interior stucco, and added mirror tiles and accent stone walls for a polished look. A new walk-in cooler was installed to support daily kitchen operations. The exterior received a new storefront, fresh stucco, and a stone front entrance area, giving the restaurant a stronger and more inviting street presence.
