Calvata Portfolio

This kitchen was completely renovated by Calvata, from the first design concept to the final finishing touches. We managed every stage in-house, so the result is cohesive, on schedule, and exactly as planned.

The project began with a detailed design phase, including layout planning, 3D renderings, and material selections that suit the client's style and daily needs. We then removed the old kitchen and made the necessary structural, electrical, and plumbing updates. Next came the installation of new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, and appliances.

The result is a modern, efficient kitchen with better storage, improved workflow, and a finish that looks like it belongs in a custom-built home.

This restaurant was fully renovated and expanded by Calvata. The project combined a new building addition with a complete update of the existing space, including the kitchen, restrooms, dining area, and exterior.

For the addition, our team poured the new concrete and foundation, built the structure, and installed TPO roofing with patching where the new roof ties into the existing one. A new RTU unit was installed to heat and cool the added space, and the floors and walls were finished with new tile and FRP panels.

Inside the existing restaurant, we installed new kitchen hoods with a new fire suppression system, along with new gas lines, plumbing, drains, and electrical. We built new restrooms, finished new walls with interior stucco, and added mirror tiles and accent stone walls for a polished look. A new walk-in cooler was installed to support daily kitchen operations.

The exterior received a new storefront, fresh stucco, and a stone front entrance area, giving the restaurant a stronger and more inviting street presence.

This room addition was designed, engineered, and built entirely by [Company Name]. From the first site visit and architectural plans to permitting, construction, and final finishing, our team managed every phase under one roof.

Our process began with careful design planning to match the home's existing style, roofline, and layout. We then completed the foundation, framing, roofing tie-in, windows and doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation, followed by drywall, paint, flooring, trim, and exterior finishing.

The result is a bright, functional living space that looks and feels like an original part of the home. All work meets local building codes and passed municipal inspections.

This conference room was renovated by Calvata, working from the approved design plans through to the final finishing touches. The goal was a space that looks impressive to clients and performs well for daily meetings.

Our team removed the outdated elements and installed a new chandelier as the focal point, new boards for a clean and professional look, and acoustic panels to reduce echo and improve speech clarity. Every stage of construction and finishing was coordinated carefully so the result is cohesive and delivered on schedule.

The finished room is elegant, comfortable, and quiet, with lighting and sound that support productive meetings and presentations.

We reconfigured the kitchen to the new layout and made the necessary updates to walls, plumbing, and electrical. The walls were patched, primed, and professionally painted for a smooth, even finish that gives the room a fresh, updated look. Every detail was completed carefully, so the result looks clean, cohesive, and built to last.

The finished kitchen is brighter, more efficient, and better suited to the way the homeowners live.

Calvata completed a full restroom renovation. The project covered four restrooms (men's, women's, family, and staff) and was built as complete new construction, starting below the slab and finishing with the last accessory.

Our team began with the underground plumbing and electrical, then built out the new restroom spaces. Walls were finished with specially ordered water jet design tile, which gives each restroom a distinctive, high-end look while staying durable and easy to maintain in a busy public building. We then installed new partitions, solid wood doors, sink countertops, fixtures, and accessories. Floors were finished with a seamless epoxy system that is slip-resistant, easy to clean, and built for heavy daily use.

The finished restrooms are clean, modern, and durable, and they serve library visitors and staff for years to come.

Calvata completed a full basement renovation, taking the space from bare walls and concrete to a finished, livable area. Everything was built new, starting with the framing and ending with the final detail.

Our team framed the new walls and layout, then installed all-new electrical and plumbing, including the rough-in for the new bathroom. After inspections, we completed insulation, drywall, and ceiling work, followed by paint, flooring, and trim. The new bathroom includes a tiled shower, vanity, toilet, and fixtures, and a custom feature wall adds a bold focal point to the main living area.

The finished basement is bright, warm, and functional, adding valuable living space to the home.

At Calvata, good design is more than good looks. It is a space that fits the way you live and work. Our team creates interior designs for homes and businesses, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, entertainment areas, and commercial spaces such as offices, conference rooms, and restaurants. We plan the layout, materials, lighting, and finishes, then carry the design through construction so the finished space matches the plan.
Every project starts with listening. We learn how you use the space, what you want it to feel like, and what your budget and timeline are. From there, we develop a design plan that balances style, comfort, and function, with materials chosen to last. You see the design before work begins, and our team handles every detail through completion.
